overnight charters a 5% Hotel Turnover Tax applies which is payable on board. Dive gear

| PAYMENT & CANCELLATION |
A 50% non refundable
deposit is required to make a booking with the balance payable 60 days prior to departure.
Full payment is required for bookings less than 60 days prior to departures.
60 days or less prior to departure, no refund is available. All cancellations must be in
writing.
In the event that it is
necessary for Aboard-a-Dream Nautilus Dive (Fiji) Ltd. to cancel or interrupt a charter
due to weather or any "Act of God" which is beyond our control, there will be no
refund or credit issued. Therefore, we strongly recommend that each guest purchase
comprehensive accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation/interruption insurance when
charter is reserved.
Please be advised that if a guest chooses not to purchase trip insurance, we will
not be responsible for any financial disappointment caused by reasons beyond our control.
We strongly recommend you take out Travel Insurance, Trip Cancellation and Emergency
Medical Evacuation Assistance.
