Authorization Form) and you will receive a confirmation of your booking from us
All passengers must complete the following forms.
1.) The Expedition & Charter Application/Waiver
must be signed and sent by post or email together with your Diver Medical (signed by a certified doctor).
If it is within 60 days of your charter, please use email.

Pay the balance owing for your expedition, 60 days prior to travel. If you are making a payment using a credit card, please
print and fill out the appropriate Credit Card Authorization Form and
email it to us in Fiji

Payment and cancellation policy :
A 50% non refundable
deposit is required to make a booking with the balance payable 60 days prior to departure.
Full payment is required for bookings less than 60 days prior to departures.
60 days or less prior to departure, no refund is available. All cancellations must be in
writing.
In the event that it is
necessary for Aboard-a-Dream Nautilus Dive (Fiji) Ltd. to cancel or interrupt a charter
due to weather or any "Act of God" which is beyond our control, there will be no
refund or credit issued. Therefore, we strongly recommend that each guest purchase
comprehensive accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation/interruption insurance when
charter is reserved.
Please be advised that if a guest chooses not to purchase trip insurance, we will not be
responsible for any financial disappointment caused by reasons beyond our control.
